Click here to watch Jerry's "Where Are They Now?" video. It's really good.A year ago, if I could walk from the parking lot to work - that was my cardio for the day. And when I got to The Biggest Loser, I felt for sure, I wasn't walking out of the ranch - I was gonna die. I realized I had to do something, I had to get serious about this.
Physically, it feels good to be able to run a mile and a half. Five miles on the bike every day, I mean, just to tell you that I'm doing that is... is phenomenal.
The trainer I've got at home in Cleveland is Carol. She's Jillian's step sister. It's a lot of hard work but a lot of love. When I slow up a little bit, I get that extra kick in the butt - which I need! It gets me rockin' and rollin'.I will be there to walk Coleen down the aisle... and Meredith and Kelly... and hang out for my son's wedding too.
I think The Biggest Loser has definitely woke me up. There's no looking back now. It's full speed ahead and I'll never go back to that - ever again. The best is yet to come.-- Jerry Skeabeck

he looks awesome!
I am wondering--does the biggest loser pay for their trainers at home? it seems like they all get one.
great job jerry, keep it up!
Workout Mommy - I don't know. I've wondered the same thing. I can't wait to see how Jerry looks at the finale! :)
