I lost .4 pounds. I weighed myself three times just to make sure. I was a little surprised at the small amount of weight lost but having lost 9.2 pounds in four days, I imagine my body is saying, "Whoa, there Nelly!"It was a good day - nothing out of the ordinary to report. I skipped my morning routine because we were out of carrots. So for lunch, I drank 10 ozs. of freshly extracted juice (carrots, celery, tomato and apple) and took my Pops. (Note: I take a purple in the morning and a green before going to bed.)
On another note, I signed up to participate in the Race For The Cure with my sister-in-law tomorrow, in downtown Little Rock, but at the last minute decided to cancel. My feet hurt too bad after running after Brady tonight and I felt like I would regret it if I put my feet through that additional stress. Hopefully, I can do it next year.That's all for now folks! Until tomorrow...
