
I lost .4 pounds. I weighed myself three times just to make sure. I was a little surprised at the small amount of weight lost but having lost 9.2 pounds in four days, I imagine my body is saying, "Whoa, there Nelly!"
It was a good day - nothing out of the ordinary to report. I skipped my morning routine because we were out of carrots. So for lunch, I drank 10 ozs. of freshly extracted juice (carrots, celery, tomato and apple) and took my
Pops.
(Note: I take a purple in the morning and a green before going to bed.)

Brady, and I went to see
Dylan play football tonight, which is our usual Friday night routine. I'm happy to report the
Wampus Cats pulled out a win tonight! Yea Conway! Unfortunately, I only got to watch the first quarter because Brady wasn't satisfied sitting on any of our laps - he wanted to run around. So I took him down to the ground and let him run around. The only time he stopped was to watch the band perform at half-time. That boy loves music!

On another note, I signed up to participate in the
Race For The Cure with my sister-in-law tomorrow, in downtown Little Rock, but at the last minute decided to cancel. My feet hurt too bad after running after Brady tonight and I felt like I would regret it if I put my feet through that additional stress. Hopefully, I can do it next year.
