Fast: Day 26 - 23.8 lbs so far

Jack LaLanne's Power JuicerThis morning, Paul and I took our Pops with a 10 oz. glass of freshly extracted juice (carrots, celery, tomato and apple). (Note: In regards to the Pops, I take a purple in the morning and a green before going to bed.)

I lost another .2 lbs. We had a Halloween snack day at work today. There were lots of goodies but I stayed away from them.

I felt sorry for the little trick or treaters. Right before sunset, it started raining. But fortunately, the rain stopped and we ended up getting a few visitors.

I fasted 26 days but this evening I blew it. I ate part of a chicken quesadilla. Darn. I'm disappointed in myself in a way but I'm also proud of myself for doing a 26 day fast and losing 24 pounds.

Now I've just got to pick myself up and keep going.

Until tomorrow...

Today's Stats

Weight: 217 / Total Lost: 23.8 lbs.
