Fast: Day 24 (16 days to go!) 23 lbs so far

Jack LaLanne's Power JuicerThis morning, Paul and I took our Pops with a 10 oz. glass of freshly extracted juice (carrots, celery, tomato and apple). (Note: In regards to the Pops, I take a purple in the morning and a green before going to bed.)

I lost another .2 lbs. I really hate it when I see such a small number but it is what it is.

Sorry I'm late posting this but I fell asleep putting my toddler to sleep last night. That's one thing I've noticed while fasting is that I need eight hours of sleep. Before the fast, I usually got about five or six hours of sleep each night. I'm normally a night owl but not now.

I'll post again later on tonight, hopefully...
