When I started at The Biggest Loser ranch, my energy level was a negative 2, now I'm like a 15. So, at the end of my day, instead of just going to lay on the couch, I mean, I've still got some fight in me.You can play Ed's "Where Are They Now?" video here.
The gym is such a daily part of my life, I mean, it's hard-wired. I know I'm going to the gym at some point in my day.
Before The Biggest Loser, I would never have played tennis or worked out in a pool or done anything like that. I might've floated around in the pool a little bit. I have a hard time floating now. And no, it's not because I'm overweight - it's because I have a lot of muscles.
I think, before, the most important thing to me was getting home right after work and watching the T.V. I recorded.
Now I want to take the dog running. I want to go to the gym. I feel like I have limitless power. I'm playing tennis now, so you watch out, Andre Agassi!
I had a serious addiction to food, and being a chef you have to taste everything. But you just have to be mindful. You have to write it down in your food journal. You have to remember what you did and be accountable. That's good enough for me.
I'm so very proud of Heba. She has fought hard and she has not given up and I have every confidence that she'll make it to the end.
But when Heba gets here, we're going to be on a whole new level. We can't wait to start a family and pass our new lifestyles on to them. We can all be an active, happy, camping, backpacking, kayaking, row boating, sailing family.-- Ed Brantley

I wish my husband would get serious about his obesity problem. I worry so much about him.

Vicki - I hope he does too. Obesity leads to disease and then death. True, we're all going to die anyway, but the quality of life is so much better when we are at a healthy weight.
