Back on the Bandwagon!

Jenny McCarthyWhat do Jenny McCarthy, Tina Fey, and Sarah Ferguson - the Duchess of York, have in common? They've all lost weight on Weight Watchers!

I'm excited to say that I joined the Weight Watchers At Work Program yesterday!

I know Weight Watchers is an excellent program. I have posted several weight loss success stories where the person touted Weight Watchers as the program they used to achieve ultimate weight loss. In addition, I know several people at work that lost a significant amount of weight doing Weight Watchers.

I've been tracking what I eat for the last two days and I'm pleased to say it hasn't been difficult at all!

Stay tuned to hear about my progress... My weigh-in day is Thursday, so I'll publish a post next Friday to let everybody know how I did.

Wish me luck!

Thanks for reading!

Laura

I did an Ab class at the gym and it helped me out. Basically I had no muscles at all after my first two kids

Good for you Laura. It's a sensible program that's easy to follow.

Good luck! I'm really interested to know how you do. I tried it once, and I just couldn't do it. I couldn't do the counting. I've known a lot of people who do good on it, though. I'm really excited for you!! :)

Fast weight loss - You can never do enough ab work (or so I've been told).

Sandee - Thank you! I'll keep you posted. I thought doing WW would be hard but it's been easy. I hope you're having a great weekend too! :)

Better Spines - Yes, I agree. It's not been hard at all to follow. Perhaps I've finally found the right program! :) I'm excited.

Sadie - Thanks! I'll keep you posted. I thought about joining WW two different times before and each time, I never made it past the first meeting. I couldn't get past the counting points thing and thought it would be too cumbersome. It does take time having to write down everything you eat but I had already made a commitment to do that since it was one of my New Year's resolutions, so I was already 'mentally' on board. So far so good! :)

I'm doing Weight Watchers too and Thursday is my weigh-in day also! :-) It truly isn't that hard if you make good choices - good luck, I'm sure you'll be really successful! It's nice to lose weight without starving or exercising 500 hours a week.
