This morning, Paul and I took our Pops with a 10 oz. glass of freshly extracted juice (carrots, celery, tomato and apple). (Note: In regards to the Pops, I take a purple in the morning and a green before going to bed.)
I lost another pound! I worked from home today so it was nice being able to wear sweats and tennis shoes.
We're getting ready to go see Dylan play football. Tonight is homecoming and the Wampus Cats are favored to win. According to the coaches, Dylan should be prepared to play center for part of the game tonight (he usually only plays on special teams for varsity) - so he's excited about that.
