This morning, Paul and I took our Pops with a 10 oz. glass of freshly extracted juice (carrots, celery, tomato and apple). (Note: In regards to the Pops, I take a purple in the morning and a green before going to bed.)
I lost another .2 pounds. I know, it sounds pretty pathetic. Oh well, whatcha gonna do?
One thing's for sure. It's days like this that make me want to stop fasting and say, "Forget this!" and grab a couple of chocolate iced donuts. It would be pretty easy since the box of donuts are sitting six feet to my left. My team leader brought them in this morning. My coworkers were all indulging and urged me to have one. I declined.
Truthfully, I wasn't tempted by the donuts. In fact, I wasn't even hungry. I'm almost to the halfway point of the fast and the last two weeks have been so easy that I feel encouraged to continue.
Another thing I'm pumped about is how loose my pants are. Yippeee!!! :)
Weight: 223.6 / Total Lost: 17.2 lbs.
