The good news is I'm ready to get back on track. This morning, I set my alarm for 5:00 a.m. and did a TaeBo Basic workout. It sure felt good to get moving again.
I also drank 92 ounces of water today which is a big accomplishment for me. Previously, I was drinking several Cokes and only 20-30 ounces of water every day. I can't tell you how many times I have kicked the Coca-Cola habit, but nevertheless, I find myself doing it again.
I will give a progress report next Monday. Wish me luck!
