I don't have anything new to report this week, other than I'm working out HARD (six days a week for an hour each day), watching what I eat, and loving every minute of it.
I don't have any hard numbers to report, but that will come in a couple more weeks. (Note: I decided that I will weigh myself and take measurements when the Slim in 6 workout is complete - which will be July 14th.)
It's been a very long time since I felt this good. I hope you're all having a spectacular week!
