Lately I've been making them with just some frozen strawberries, bananas, and blueberries, with some apple juice. Sometimes I'll throw in a little organic plain or vanilla yogurt. I try to keep out refined sugars and keep it simple. It's refreshing, healthy, and delicious -- I enjoy them most right after an intense work out.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
